All of our products are manufactured in rural Norfolk. We have a single manufacturing base, so all our products go through the same quality control. We aim for consistency and a professional service for all customers.
SnugiWraps began in 2011 and we continuously strive too improve as we grow. We constantly check the latest safety recommendations and review our instructions on a regular basis. We aim to give the most up to date advice possible.
The Woman behind the Sewing Machine
My name is Stephanie Martin. I’m mum to 3 young children. I started SnugiWraps in 2011, shortly after my second child was born. At the time, my first was only just a year old, so a sling was essential to enable me to look after 2 babies with such a small age gap. Since then, my knowledge of the babywearing world has increased considerably. I am a fully trained Babywearing Consultant, trained by Slingababy in 2013. I attend regular Continued Professional Development events through Slingababy to ensure SnugiWraps’ babywearing knowledge is kept up to date and refreshed (and to get away from the kids!)
Ana is a customer service and social media whizzz. Steph doesn’t know what she would do without Ana.
Packaging, Posting and General Dogsbody
Jamie is Steph’s husband. He’s in charge of packaging the orders and taking them to the Post Office. Sometimes he gets put behind a sewing machine, kicking and screaming usually.
Jamie is a very keen babywearing, and still happily carries his children when he’s able to catch them.
We promise to give you the best experience possible. From delivering great customer service, a quality product, to our after sales service. We want our customers to be happy! We work hard to ensure you are satisfied with your SnugiWraps experience.
